Tango Scarves

I'm finally listing the scarves that I made for the Ashley Greene benefit back in October. I made two scarves out of Red Heart's Boutique Sashay "Tango."

The color "Tango" gradates from red to burgundy, and has silver thread running through the edge.

The scarves are about 3 inches wide (approximate because of the frilly ruffles) and are either 48 or 52 inches long.

They are each being listed for $15.

Wizard Scarf

I've finally listed something new on my Etsy shop! It is a scarf that I crocheted, using Red Heart Boutique Magical "Wizard."

The scarf is 5 1/2 to 6 inches wide, depending on the texture of the yarn, and 51 inches long.

It has varying colors and textures, which are the nature of the yarn itself.

The textures go from metallic, to an unspun yarn look, to a regular yarn, to a thicker yarn. The colors are greens, red, gray, and light purple.

Officially Re-opened

I've officially re-opened my Etsy shop! While waiting to get some good pictures of the scarves that I still have to list, I re-listed some vintage items: purses, tins and books. Hopefully, I'll get to the scarves really soon.

Fun Fur Scarves

For the benefit at work this evening, I also decided to make some scarves with a Baltimore Ravens flair. Like the scarves in the previous post, they are on sale at the benefit tonight, but if they do not sell, I will list them on my etsy shop. They are made with Lion Brand's Fun Fur. The first scarf is about 10 inches wide and 4 feet long, and crocheted with black and grape colored Fun Fur.

The second scarf is also crocheted in black and grape colored Fun Fur, but is around 5 inches wide and 4 feet long.

The third scarf is around 5 inches wide and 3 feet long. It incorporates white Fun Fur, in addition to the black and grape.

Frilly Crochet Scarves

Tonight, there was a benefit at my job, so I made some scarves that seem to be quite popular these days. The plan was to sell them, and donate some of the profits to the charity. If any of them do not sell, I will list them on my etsy shop. They are made from Red Heart's Boutique Sashay yarn, using a pattern called Frilly Crochet Scarf.

Shuffle

Tango

Waltz

I made a slight change to the pattern, I made the scarves about 4 feet long, instead of 3. That way, the scarf could be wrapped around the neck.
